Welcome to Post 16

Welcome to our Claremont Post 16 area which includes all pupils who are 16-19 years old. Our Post 16 provision includes students that started their education journey with Claremont, however we invite pupils who have started their educational journey elsewhere to visit and apply for a placement within our Post 16. The main requirement to offer a place to a young person is a statement of educational needs or an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The admissions are through Bristol City Council SEN department. Within Post 16 we follow the Preparing for Adulthood areas which are:
