Term 1 Theme

This term we are beginning our theme  Looking after the Natural world and will be looking at the difference we can make to our environment and those who live here.

We will be exploring plants, animals and humans and what we need to survive and thrive.

We will look at how we impact the environment and what we can do to make it better.

We will continue to use our communication skills out in the community and during trips as much as possible and exploring the environment of Bristol and where we live.

Our RSE focus this term is around safety and how we are safe in our environment and with others, who we can and cannot trust.

Our ASDAN modules for this term are: 

• Developing community participation skills: caring for the environment

  Developing skills for the workplace: growing and caring for plants

T1 - Our swimming day remains a Tuesday and we will be taking a bus over to the secondary site. Bristol bears will be on Thursday.

T2 - Our swimming days will remain Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning!

Earwig

We will be continuing to add photos and evidence of the hard work done by your child onto Earwig. If you are unable to access this then please do contact us and we will look into this. You are also able to add photos of what your child does at home which we can then share together in class!
